I just finished my degree
Our verdictGet two years of work first — the programme is worth more afterwards.
Management education taught to people who have not managed anything is largely theory. The same programme taken after two or three years of work lands completely differently, because you have problems to attach it to.
What to check
- Work first if you can. Two years is enough to change what you get out of it.
- If you are studying anyway while job-hunting, an online MBA is a reasonable use of the time — just do not expect it to substitute for experience.
- Do not take on debt for it at this stage.
